3/1/2020 12:45:10 PM The installation was impeded by IO Bit's Advanced System Care and probably also by several other IO Bit utilities. I had already uninstalled Avast. I uninstalled Advanced System Care and followed your Support instructions to get past the "hung" installation of PC Matic. I will uninstall other IO Bit utilities to avoid future conflicts. Your "lifetime" contract, which I bought, is a good deal for you because I am 83 years old, and thus have a short remaining lifespan. This question screen I am making this entry into is much too small for elderly eyes. You should enlarge it. The questions below are too limited. The PC has been SOMETIMES running slowly, and somethimes not. The "when purchased" answer is a guess.

2/14/2015 3:50:32 PM A visitor put a lot of freebies on this computer that may have introduced viruses. They did store a multitude of pop-ups that almost brought this computer to it's knees.

8/15/2015 1:34:55 PM I can't get it to scan for anything nothing. My old PC Matic that I bought had not even ran out, but it kept saying that I had to buy a new one so I did now it wont work eather. I cant find a phone nomber to call, so what do I do now, how do I get my money back?
